Dean is a broadcast creative with over a decade of international advertising and television production experience. He has produced and directed television programs shows for FOX, Discovery Channel, and StarMovies, as well as advertising campaigns for Sony, National Geographic Channel, Clean & Clear, Samsung, Singapore Airlines, Johnson & Johnson, Toronto Hydro, and Kraft Canada. He is originally from Norfolk County (Waterford to be specific) and after living in Hong Kong many years he moved back home and started Rainey Media and has built it from the ground up.
Burman Lam has recently returned from abroad where he’s worked for the past 8 years at FOX International and the National Geographic Channel, as the Creative Director and Executive Producer of their regional Adsale division.
The team he built and led at FOX/ NGC acted as a creative agency and production house that serviced the company’s 12 sales offices located across Asia. The accounts he had under his supervision included the likes of Hyundai, Samsung, P&G, Caltex, Canon, Bridgestone and various tourism boards to name a few. From 30-second commercials to hour-long television content, corporate videos to music videos, Burman is a seasoned veteran that is excited to bring his experience and expertise to the clients of Rainey Media.
Holly became interested in video production and photography during her first few years of high school. This pushed her to further her education so she attended Niagara College in 2008 where she majored in film. After graduating she moved home to Norfolk County where crossed paths with Dean. After doing a few small projects for Rainey Media she was hired on full time in early 2013. She mainly does video editing and photography but is always looking to learn new skills! Coming from the small village of St. Williams in Norfolk County, Ryan Propper grew up on his father’s horse farm working with the horses and keeping the farm tidy. Form a young age Ryan has always wanted to work in media. He spent his high school years working for Trinity Vision Network his high schools news network. Ryan moved to Kitchener to advance his media knowledge at Conestoga College’s Television Broadcast Program for the class of 2012- 2014. Ryan excelled his skills with the camera and editing skills. He also gained important skills for studio and mobile production. Conestoga College hired Ryan as a videographer on the summer of 2013 where his skills were used in the professional world with some of Conestoga’s business partners. Ryan has now teamed up with Rainey Media were he is eager and ready to work with a great team and produce great content.
