Just recently we headed down to The Combine, a home grown restaurant in Simcoe ON. From morning till night, we spent the day conducting interviews with many business owners that all reside in Norfolk County, including the owners of the restaurant itself.
Each of them spoke about their history with the county, their favorite aspects of it and all of the opportunities it has to offer it’s residents. Nearly everyone showed diversity in their answers, presenting something unique to say about their county.
Because we had limited room to film in the restaurant, we had to get creative, finding new angles and moving furniture around to alter each setting.
It was a long day, but we got to meet a lot of folks, and even see some familiar faces. Also the owners made us pizza, which was really tasty. Afterwards, we as a crew went out for dinner, which is always nice!
