Today, we’re off to Spitsbergen (Longyearbyen), Norway in the Arctic where we’ll be shooting for Quark Expeditions, a travel company specializing in trips to extreme destinations like the Arctic and Antarctica. We’ll be at sea for 10 days filming the incredible landscapes and wildlife. It should be an amazing shoot.
The temperature there today is 4 degrees and the weather is sunny. Nice. Here’s to getting plenty of snow and having a few polar bear encounters! (I wonder if there as playful as pandas??)
For gear, we’re taking: two Canon 5Ds, one Sony FS100, and two GoPros so we should get the shot. We’d better get the shot.
